    Indoor air filtration is the most important part of maintaining air quality in your home or business.  It is important that you change and or clean your air conditioning filters regularly.  Recommendations are 6 times per year.  Filters are cheap to purchase or you can research and get high quality filters that work much better than standard filters and last ten times longer.  There are many kinds of filters on the market.
